§ 8-41. Fire prevention code.

Latest version.

The latest edition of the North Carolina State Building Code, Fire Prevention Code, excluding all appendixes, as adopted and published by the North Carolina Building Code Council and as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth in this section as the fire prevention code for the town. Also adopted is chapter 4 of the fire code for permits.
