§ 24-70. Household waste collection facilities.

The town may provide central collection facilities for household waste.
(1)

If central collection facilities are made available, the town shall publish specific instructions for the use of such facilities, and it shall be the responsibility of all individuals to properly use the facilities and only deposit approved items at such facilities in accordance with the town's instructions. Failure to follow the town's instructions by placing unauthorized materials at such facilities shall constitute unlawful littering and be subject to appropriate enforcement as described in this chapter.
