§ 22-4. All walkways.

(a)

The following activities are unlawful on the scenic walkway and 30 feet from its access areas:

(1)

Fishing;

(2)

Crabbing;

(3)

Bait casting; and

(b)

It is unlawful to ride on the scenic walkways:

(1)

Motorbikes;

(2)

Bicycles;

(3)

Scooters;

(4)

Skateboards;

(5)

Segways; and

(6)

Golf carts.
