§ 16-5. Establishment of limits of districts in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is to be prohibited.

The limits referred to in the fire prevention code in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited are hereby established as follows: The corporate limits of the town or by special permit only, issued by the fire marshal or his/her designee.
