§ 2.1. NORTH CAROLINA STATE BUILDING CODE.

The Town of Oak Island Building Code with appendices and the North Carolina State Building Code are incorporated herein by reference, and serve as the basis for Building Inspector authority to regulate building construction. This Ordinance is not intended to conflict with or supersede the North Carolina State Building Code regulations.
